Terms:

Children are counted as people but infants (defined as not yet walking and sleeping in the crib) are free.

Rates are based on one week but we are flexible, with extra days prorated; stays of fewer days may be arranged.

10% discount is offered for extended stays of 10 days or more and 5% discount for reservations made 6 months in advance.

8% Lodging Tax will be added, as will the refundable $500 security deposit.

50% Deposit on the total is due at the time of reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
